Responsible Play
PeakJoyCanada is a social casino. Games use virtual currency and do not offer real-money gambling or cash-out. However, in-app purchases and time spent can still create harm—use the tools and resources below.
Keep it fun: practical limits
- Set a budget for optional in-app purchases and stick to it (avoid chasing losses).
- Set time limits and take regular breaks; avoid late-night sessions.
- Play only when you feel calm; don’t use play to escape stress, debt, or loneliness.
- Turn off push notifications if they trigger unplanned play.
- Protect minors: devices should use app-store purchase controls and screen-time limits.
You must meet the minimum legal age in your province/territory (typically 18+ or 19+).
Warning signs
Consider taking a break or seeking support if you notice: spending more than planned, hiding play, irritability when not playing, trying to win back losses, or play affecting work/school/relationships.
Optional self-exclusion / account closure
- In your account, open Settings → Responsible Play to set purchase/time limits (if available on your platform).
- To request a cooldown, self-exclusion, or permanent closure, email contact@peakjoycanada.com from your registered email and include: account username, requested duration (or “permanent”), and whether you want marketing emails disabled.
- We will confirm the request and apply restrictions as soon as reasonably possible. Account closure may remove access to virtual items/coins and may be irreversible.
