Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live (whichever is higher).
• You must comply with all applicable Canadian federal, provincial/territorial, and local laws.

2) Simulated gameplay; no gambling; no prizes

• The Services are for entertainment and involve simulated gameplay only.
• No real-money gambling: we do not offer wagering with real money and we do not provide cash-out.
• Any points, virtual coins, tokens, or similar items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
• No prizes of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.

3) Accounts & conduct

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose risk to the Services or other users.

4) Prohibited uses

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, manipulating outcomes, or using bots/scripts without permission.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineering, circumventing security, or interfering with the Services.
• Using the Services to violate laws, third-party rights, or to collect user data without authorization.

5) Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to PeakJoyCanada Inc. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that gameplay results will be accurate or available at all times.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PeakJoyCanada Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

8) Disputes & governing law

• Informal resolution: contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
• To the extent permitted by law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for disputes arising out of or relating to the Services.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
